At Elite Kult, we partner with a global network of specialized print providers to bring our designs to life. Because every item is custom-printed to order, your shipping experience is designed to ensure quality while managing the unique nature of on-demand production.
1. Production Time (The "Make" Phase)
Since our products are not pulled from a pre-existing stock, each item goes through a production process after your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order leaves the production facility, delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Multiple Items & Separate Shipments
Because we work with a variety of printing partners to offer a diverse range of high-quality products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.), your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

If you order multiple items, you may receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment as they head out. This ensures that the first item finished gets to you as quickly as possible without waiting for the rest of your order to be processed.
4. Tracking Your Order
We believe in total transparency. As soon as your order is marked as "Ready to Ship" and handed over to the carrier, we will email your tracking information to the address provided at checkout.

Tracking Updates: Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after the label is created.
5. International Shipping & Customs Fees
We ship globally to most locations. Please be aware that:

Customs Duties: For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
6. Accurate Delivery Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to change the destination address. Elite Kult is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrectly provided address information.
